To Our Valued Patients,

At Centennial Smiles Dental we pride ourselves on being an integral part of our community. In keeping with this spirit, the safety of our patients, staff and families remains our top priority. With the rapidly evolving COVID-19 situation, early containment and social distancing are the keys to controlling the spread.

As you may have heard already, The Alberta Dental Association and College (ADA&C) has officially mandated that all non-emergency dental treatments be suspended immediately.

We would like you to know that during these uncertain times we are still here to help. We have dedicated team members who will be checking our voicemails, emails and returning any calls made to the office for any emergency and non-emergency questions.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please call 587-353-5060 or email [email protected]:

Uncontrolled bleeding;
Swelling either inside and/or outside of the mouth;
Trauma involving facial bones;
Chipped or fractured teeth;
Tooth loss;
Lost fillings or
Severe dental pain.

If you are currently in Invisalign treatment, please call or email so we can arrange for pick up or delivery of your next set of aligners so there is no interruption to your treatment.

If you have a temporary crown/bridge, please call or email our office to arrange a time to cement your permanent crown.

If you had a dental procedure done at the clinic prior to the closure, we would like to reassure you that none of our team members attended the Pacific Dental Conference (PDC) in Vancouver where there were numerous reported positive cases of COVID-19.
