Beginning her journey at the University of Alberta in dental hygiene, Dr. Rhemtulla went on to complete her dental education at the University of Manitoba, graduating in 2004. During her studies, a memorable encounter would shape her future path: a young patient who hid her smile out of embarrassment. Through a simple dental bonding procedure, Dr. Rhemtulla transformed more than the patient's smile – her confidence soon shone through. This moment crystallized her purpose – to truly make a difference through her work.

After graduation, Dr. Rhemtulla returned to Calgary, joining Tower Dental Clinic for four years. There, she developed her clinical expertise while cultivating her signature approach: warm, approachable, and genuinely kind – the kind of dentist patients instantly feel at home with.

In 2013, Dr. Rhemtulla and her partner opened Centennial Smiles Dental, where she led the team to expand. Building on this success, she later acquired Embrace Dental in 2021 and became a partner in Swish Oral Care in 2022, finding fulfillment in the service of patients and in business leadership.

Across all practices, Dr. Rhemtulla maintains an unwavering commitment to excellence. She creates spaces founded on service, compassion, and trust, delivering comprehensive, quality dental care. Passionate about staying at the forefront of her field, she regularly pursues advanced education through prestigious institutions including LVI, California Centre for Advanced Studies (CCADS), Dental Advanced Implant Training, Sleep Dentistry, and Invisalign. Outside the office, Dr. Rhemtulla enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Together, they share a love for biking, hiking, golfing, and volunteering. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Rhemtulla and her husband are actively involved in many charitable and community organizations, instilling a love for giving back to the next generation.

Dr. Montague is dedicated to conservative restorative dentistry, with a passion for minimally invasive methods that help his patients achieve a greater quality of life. He has undertaken extensive training in this area and is well-known for his gentle yet effective approach.

He is also trained in the use of Botox and Dysport for both esthetic and therapeutic treatments. Dr. Montague recognizes its ability to give patients high-quality care and results with minimal discomfort. As a core member of the PTIFA team, he believes that the program provides unmatched training and methodology when it comes to excellent patient outcomes.

In his spare time, Dr. Montague is an avid landscape photographer.

Throughout her career, Dr. Nowak has helped thousands of patients enhance their smiles and greatly improve their oral and systemic health. Dr Nowak’s special interests include Aesthetic Smile Design with a conservative, minimally invasive approach. With precision, Dr. Nowak works to create smiles that look and feel natural for her patients.

Outside of her career in dentistry, Dr. Nowak is keen on personal growth and general health. She is deeply invested in longevity, healthy aging, and preventative medicine; she loves exercising and is a dedicated gym-goer. Dr. Nowak also has a sincere love for nature and enjoys summer RV trips into the Canadian Rockies and Northern BC with her husband and son.

I decided to become a dentist when I was just nine years old. As a child, I loved my dentist – he was kind, gentle and so much fun. I was drawn to the field because of him, as well as my interest in health, science, and helping people.

In 1988, I graduated with honours from the University of Washington Dental School, but my education didn’t stop there. I’ve completed many years of advanced training in facial aesthetics and treating head and neck pain. I am a Fellow with the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and also a part-time instructor for many of their courses.

I owned and operated a successful private dental practice in the Seattle area for 25 years, before moving to Calgary in 2016. I love it here in Calgary, and love working with the doctors and staff at Centennial Smiles Dental. As you can imagine, I’m particular about the dental practice that I would associate with, and Centennial Smiles is top notch in my book! The high quality of dental treatment, professionalism and care shown to patients and staff convinced me right away that this was a place that I wanted to work.

I live in West Calgary with my husband, Mark. Together we have four grown children and three grandchildren. In my spare time I enjoy volunteering, traveling, cooking, skiing, hiking, and reading.

She has been in the dental field since 2008 and loves being able to give patients 100% all the time. Whether it be dealing with insurance companies, helping in the clinic area, or answering any patient concerns or questions that come about, she always has a smile on. In her spare time, she spends time with her family and friends. She is a bit obsessed with her nieces, Arya and Serena, and her nephew, Zayden. They are the loves of her life.

She enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and big Newfoundland dog!

Outside of the office, Tracy enjoys exploring and dining in and around Calgary with her husband and son. She also enjoys spending time and volunteering with her women's fraternity, Alpha Omicron Pi.

Katya started her journey into health and healing in 2015 with an advanced 3000-hour massage program at MaKami college in Calgary. She strongly believes that her technical background helped her to better understand body mechanics, especially when there is a need in finding and analyzing the root of the problem causing issues.

The theory of therapeutic massage is scientific, but the actual application of this theory is an art that includes the meaning of healing, touch sensitivity, penetration, and intuition. This is a unique way of communicating without words, by sharing energy,enjoying relaxation and mental calm. Being extremely empathetic, Katya noticed that massage has a definite psychological effect, and started exploring new horizons for empowering her treatments adding more energy modalities with each session.

The next step was to explore the power of the ancient knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The combination of different modalities such as massage, needling, cupping, Gua Sha and Acutonics creates noticeably deeper effects of treatments. Being a keen researcher, Katya incorporates traditional Russian visceral massage techniques,skull and face massage, PNF-stretches, Pranic healing techniques, TCM practices, Acutonics (sound therapy), auricular Acudetox needling etc. in her practice.

Driven by a passion for growth and comprehensive care, Erika returned to school to pursue dental hygiene, recently graduating from an accelerated program. With licensure as a dental hygienist forthcoming, she is proud to now hold dual titles as a registered dental assistant and dental hygienist.

Her dual expertise allows her to bring a unique perspective to patient care, blending her restorative and orthodontic knowledge with preventive and therapeutic hygiene strategies to support optimal oral health. She is passionate about caring for others and working alongside Dr. Rhemtulla and our wonderful team to ensure patients can feel great about their healthy smiles.

Outside of dentistry, Maria enjoys freediving, a hobby she pursued in the Philippines for two years. She also loves cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and “food crawling” to explore different cuisines. Maria is also an animal lover who deeply misses her three family dogs back in the Philippines (they hold a very special place in her heart.) Working at Centennial has been fulfilling, as she thrives in a team environment that values motivation, collaboration, and appreciation for hard work.
