Here’s what your first visit will look like.

Find Us
Centennial Smiles is located on the second floor of Centennial Place, 520 3rd Ave SW, Calgary. Complimentary parking is available in the Centennial Parkade lot, simply register your vehicle at reception.

Check In
Say hello to our Clinic Administrators. Upon arrival, we will review your New Patient Forms and identify any additional information we may need for your treatment. Have a seat in our patient lounge and enjoy a beverage, on us. On subsequent visits, skip the wait by using the express check-out on our iPads.

Treatment
Your Practitioner will meet you in the Patient Lounge and walk you back to your treatment room. Each appointment begins with a thorough review of your current health needs and your future goals. Then, treatment begins. Once your treatment is complete, you can get booked in for follow-ups or referral treatments on the spot, no waiting required. Before you go, stop by the Smile Bar or Skin Bar for a gift.

Check Out
Have to head back to the office? During your appointment, our Administrators take care of insurance details. That means less waiting for you and more time to get back to your day.

In the weeks that follow your appointment, expect to hear from our team to ensure that everything is feeling alright.
